Sous-Chef Evan Ballman joined the kitchen staff at Weekapaug Golf Club in July in 2014.

A graduate of Stonington High School and Connecticut Culinary School, Evan has been a Sous-Chef at the Floodtide Restaurant in Mystic, Ct., and the Dogwatch Café in Stonington, CT.

Evan lives in Westerly and is an avid golfer and a huge Red Sox fan!
