We host events for members of Weekapaug Golf Club, as well as the general public.

To book a function, we require:
- A signed contract with confirmed event date(s)
- 10% initial deposit (% of facility fee and minimum food and beverage cost)
NOTE: All deposits are nonrefundable.
- A Facility Fee or Room Rental Fee is charged for all non-member private parties
- All requests to cancel a contracted function reservation must be made in writing to the General Manager
- There will be a 50% charge for all cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the function
- All deposits are non-refundable
Food & Beverage
(The really important stuff)
- We offer a variety of menu selections from plated options and stations to outdoor grilling and buffets
- Our bar services include a range of hosted and non-hosted options with a myriad of beverage choices to quench your thirst

- It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide a final count within two weeks of the function date
- All charges will be based upon the guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater
- Any increase or decrease in the number of guests within this period must be approved by the General Manager or the Executive Chef and is subject to a further service charge
- No Shots will be poured -,house policy, no exceptions
- No “Last Calls” will be announced before the scheduled closing time of the bar
- All final totals are subject to an 8% Rhode Island state sales and hospitality tax.
- 22% house charge
- All payments made with credit card are subject to a 3% convenience charge
- 50% of the final payment is due 30 days prior to the date of the function
- Remaining balance due day of the function.
